Power Spectrum Analysis

This article describes how to perform a power spectrum analysis of a trajectory.

Prerequisites

* XPLOR_NIH 2.28 from http://nmr.cit.nih.gov/xplor-nih . The 32bit version is required, irrespective of target platform.

* VMD 1.9 or later

* A trajectory in DCD format.

Steps

* ACEMD DCDs are not readable by XPLOR. To convert then, load and save them in VMD, having first set the environment variable VMDDCDWRITEXPLORFORMAT=1. This loses unit cell information.
